1. Controller

2. What data we process

We process in particular first and last name, e-mail, telephone number, billing and delivery details, company details, order content, selected design, uploaded photographs, technical data on the use of the service, and payment data and its status. We do not store payment card data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to create designs, process the order, deliver the output, provide customer support, issue accounting documents, protect the service, and fulfill legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest in secure operation and defense of legal claims. We use optional analytics and marketing technologies only on the basis of consent.

4. Recipients and processors

Depending on the конкретní operation, the data may be disclosed to the provider of hosting and technical infrastructure, storage provider, AI processing provider, e-mail services provider, accountant, and the payment service Revolut. With each provider, we use appropriate contractual and security arrangements. The specific list of currently used processors can be requested at the contact e-mail.

5. Photographs and automated processing

Uploaded photographs are used to create the ordered design and output. If automated or AI processing is used for a specific function, the photographs are transferred only to the extent necessary for that function and according to the settings of the relevant provider. We do not use photographs for our own model training without a separate legal basis and informing the customer.

6. Retention period

We retain the data for the period necessary to process the order, handle complaints, and protect rights, and further for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. Work-in-progress projects and uploaded photographs are deleted according to the retention period stated in the application, unless the law or a specific order requires longer retention.

7. User rights

You have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

8. Security and changes

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We may update these principles; the current version is published on this page.
