Terms and Conditions of the PicInPics Service

Effective from: 21 September 2026

1. Operator

The operator of the PicInPics service is Pink Cloud s.r.o., ID No. 19848285, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, Insert 392264, with its registered office at Jaurisova 515/4, 140 00 Prague 4 (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”). 2. Service

PicInPics allows the customer to upload photographs, choose the dimensions, create photo mosaic designs, and order a digital output in JPEG and print PDF format. The parameters of the specific order are stated in the order form before it is submitted.

3. Order and Contract

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details entered, the selected design, dimensions, and other parameters. The order is created by its submission and confirmation by the operator to the customer’s e-mail. The operator may reject the order before confirmation, especially if it contains a technical error or unlawful content.

4. Price and Payment

The price is displayed before the order is submitted in the currency corresponding to the selected country. For the Czech Republic, it is charged in CZK; for other countries, in EUR, unless stated otherwise in the order. Payment is processed through the Revolut payment service. The operator does not store payment card details. The order will be processed after confirmation of successful payment.

5. Photographs and Rights to Content

The customer declares that they have the right to use the uploaded photographs and that their use does not infringe the rights of third parties. The customer must not upload content that is unlawful, incites violence, is pornographic, hateful, or otherwise contrary to legal regulations. The customer grants the operator a non-exclusive right to use the uploaded photographs to the extent necessary to create, store, and deliver the ordered output.

6. Delivery and Storage

The digital output will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order or made available in another manner specified in the order. The project design may be available for a limited period for security and operational reasons; the current period is stated in the application. The customer is responsible for downloading the output and backing it up.

7. Withdrawal and Complaints

Because the output is created according to the customer’s individual requirements, it may be goods made to the customer’s wishes or digital content supplied before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. If required by legal regulations, the customer expressly agrees to the commencement of performance before its start and acknowledges any loss of the right of withdrawal.

In the event of a defect or non-delivery, contact the operator without undue delay at [doplňte kontaktní e-mail]. Complaints shall be assessed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The consumer may also обратиться to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The current version is available on this page. Any changes are published before they become effective; for orders already concluded, the version effective at the time of their conclusion shall apply.
